Distasteful Bunch of Women
In previous entries, Miss Ju had mentioned where she is currently working.. ya ya.. this company in Singapore that sells simulated diamonds that offers a life time warranty..
And know what, after working for less then 2 months and less then a week to her last day, she is actually "involved" in their company politics.. or maybe she was too sensitive to take it as a "personal" thing.. But well, she is damm bloody pissed!
Issue 1: Bra Straps and Spilling Boobs!!
A sms from the brand manager was sent to my fellow colleagues on their quote "ugly bra straps showing" and spilling boobs. And telling us Marks and Spencer do sells minimiser!
Then, who knows, the boss herself decided to send this msg to me:
"S******, pls cc to our female staffs that they should know the difference btw sexy & vulgar! And im serious abt this over spilling breast thingy, its an outcry from a customer who wrote in to the straits times recently; sales girls going cheap! Pls pin them down or we just have to provide them cover-up uniforms!
Well, Miss Ju do understand where they are coming from, but I guess, instead of blaming staffs on spilling boobs, maybe an easier option to solve this wld to provide standards uniforms! Who on earth the staffs know what is acceptable to them. And when Miss Ju says that, she meant that, the top the staffs were wearing, u are unable to see any leakage went they are standing, unless she bends down then the top will fall open.
Right from the start, they shld had stated only shirt blouses and pants are allowed to be worn during working hours! And staffs are supposed to find their own uniforms. And there are many ways to bring the above msg on bra straps showing and quote spilling boobs across, but not in such blunt and distasteful manner. Their way of handling and phrasing of message, really speaks alot of their personalities! It literally humiliates and embarrassed pple! So much for workers welfare!
Issue 2:
On 1 fine day, 2 staffs from the MANAGEMENT LEVEL came to "pay a visit" to the shop.. There were 3 staffs in the shop, the most senior of all was talking to the Brand Manager at the back of the shop, the 2nd Senior was talking to the merchandiser at the front of the shop, and the 3rd was at the cashier point sorting out paper work.
After they left:
2nd senior told the rest: "Just now, N** asked how come, J* is ALWAYS SITTING AT THE BACK.
Question 1: This is the first time you came to the shop when J* is working, using the word "ALWAYS" doesnt seems to be right.
Question 2: Is she blind to not see she is sorting out PAPERS! Oh, maybe to them paper work are not WORK...
Question 3: How come 2nd senior reply was just a shrug on her shoulders.
Question 4: Merchandiser falls under the management level, is she thinks that it was wrong of J* to sit there, why didnt she go up to her and tell her straight in the face or even asked her straight in the face. Why did she choose to ASK OTHERS "at the back"?
Hence, J* felt pissed and sick.. and she knows doomed day is coming...
And so true was her instinct!
Saturday Afternoon at 4pm, she received an sms from her boss:
J******, from the camera I can see you mostly at the cashier point. No reasons for you to be there. Pls stay on the selling floor at all times. Wld appreciate you help pulled up WL sales before you go. Thanks & Regards!
What a wonderful msg!
Questions 1: If you are a boss and u see your staff MOSTLY at the cashier point, wld you wait till this long to tell her off?
The thing and the fact is, J****** doesnt hangs out at the cashier pt, if she ever "slack" she is MOSTLY sitting on the BIG CUSHION SOFA DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE CASHIER POINT!! Cause she has not much chance to be sitting at the cashier point infront of the COMPUTER!! Hence, its basically trying to say that, SOMEONE has been TELLING HER what she dont see!
Miss Ju swears, they are really bloody b******... 2 months there, she cld see more politics then 3 years in the previous company.. Initially, she was only the audience, watching from a corner, reminding herself not to be like that.. She can never believed that now that she is leaving, she is actually dragged into the "performance" as well..
Know what.. God can gives me all the pimples he wants on Miss Ju's face (she can always work harder to earn more money to buy better products and do lots of treatment to make it look better) in exchange, he has to, not bless these people, remember how horrible they are and NOT Give them a better life, let them fall and restart the life and give them a taste of their own medicine.
Miss Ju is really pissed.. Her mind is working super hard to plot her revenage, at the same time, make a graceful exit... Yes, she admit she is immature.. She is spoilt.. But she cant stand being wronged on sth when she did not do it.. And to go through this kind of shit after putting in effort and working hard.. Sales, close a big bill, sell some stupid "Queen" or "Highness".. Then she can talk..
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... Pissed.....................
