I am just so Attractive~
Have no idea why..
I seems to ATTRACT alot of "black-skined" men..
I dunch mean to be racist here..
But these men just cant seems to be able to "resist" my "Attraction Force" .
Anyway.. Juli is smarter liao..
And because its still early..
Juju managed to "shake" him off..
To cut long story short:
I waited at the bus stop awhile (trying to make sure I'm not just parnoid)
He also waited leh..
Then I quickly cross the road and he was tagging behind..
Hmmm...
So clever Juli went to 7-Eleven and look thru the mag racks..
He was waiting outside.. (How sweet huh.. Eeks)
Then Juli decided to go to coffeeshop..
Found one empty table and sat there..
Ordered a cup of "Teh-Peng"
So poor thing , he stood at one corner and waited..
Was kind of worried that he wont go..
Took out my phone.. And called for my daddy..
I have to Thank "Channel 8" for the "sth 20 days show" ah..
Cause that kept my parents awake..
But before my daddy came, he left liao..
So I also rush home.. (Not to worry, I make sure no one is following me)
See, so proud of myself k..
But seriously, I think I shld just bring out "shawls and scarf" out the next time..
Then cover myself up like those "Middle-East" women..
Maybe that way, I wont be SooooOOOoOOOOOooo Attractive ya..
I know liao lah..
I think I shld lose weight..
Cause think they relate me to those "black-skined" women who are usually fat huh...

Have a Break~

Good News are meant to be Shared~
Alright... Days since I last blogged..
Was kind of stress up at work and with life..
Anyway, got a few pieces of good news to share..
1)I've finally attained my Driving Licence!
hahahaha.. Can finally DRIVE!
But, erm... no car lah.. so... hahaha...
2) My long awaited taiwan trip has finally been confirmed!
TaiPei Free and Easy 29th June - 3rd July..
It's been a tedious and nerve wrecking process ya..
Although had to say, I wasnt involved in any of the "booking"..
Seriously, didnt expect it to be this ex lah..
S$780, with a few dollars change bah..
True, taking SQ, true, staying in FAMILY suite in a 4star hotel.. but then...
Arent I supposed to be on budget travel? hmm...
But everyone started saying how pissed and angry i will be if the budget plane got delayed... small seats, no leg space.. blah.. blah... no service.. blah.. blah..
Well, although its quite true, it still got me thinking and "reflecting" for a long time...
Am I such a spoilt brat?
Thinking to myself...
I dunch think I wld react that way if
1) I am paying a min amt of money, I mean, what more can I ask right..
Pay Peanuts, get monkeys..
2) Kind of mentally prepared and still decided to go with it.. Because of the money issues..
But anyway.. Its already confirmed booking for SQ, because
Juli wont be able to stand budget airlines, and who asked her to be the one backside itchy go search for SQ.. hahaha..
Anyway.. consolation.. at least its better then paying close to $800 and take china airlines..
(at this pt, just recived a news from Taiwan friend that the hotel is only 3star and not exactly convenient.. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha)
Arghhhh... Supposed to be sharing of Good News.. but my mood seems so low now..
Nvm... Main Thing - I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!!!

Flooded~
Alright...
I've flooded my kitchen AGAIN...
Was using washing machine to wash my clothes and dunnoe how on earth the stupid water pipe was out of the toilet..
Hence flooded my kitchen..
But luckily, this time round the water was much lesser then the previous time..
The first time was when Mummy Pam came to my house for a stayover when my parents were out of town.. That was like years ago bah..
That one was ALOT of water..
Practically flooded the entire kitchen..
But with the "experience" from the previous, more or less know how to deal with and clean up liao..
Had to use papers to absorb the excess water..
Arghhhhh.. Wat a sunday..
Must pray more and hope it wont happen AGAIN..

Official Fag Hag
Fag Hag - A female who enjoys the company of gay...
Haha... Was crowned a fag hag last sat by Mr Mok..
My first trip to a gay pub, Happy and Tanjong Pagar...
hmm... was quite excited about it ya..
Miss Piggy/Tortise was "dragged" along too!
So, 3 girls and 1 Gay when to Happy!
Omg~ Cool Sia..
The ratio of guys to female is like 29:1 kind ya..
Guy kisses and touch each other like its norm?
Well, I was rather amuse by that lah..
Got a while to get used to it.. hahaha..
Afterall, its my first time seeing all these so "openly" ya..
The guys there looked so damm "normal" lor..
SOme of them are like the "mummy's boy" kind..
Really, some of them is never expect to be gays kind..
And, its really GUYS' terriority there ya..
Even the "toilets" are like - "out there" free for all ya...
Party time was great!
hahaha... Cause its enjoyable to watch them dance..
the way they move is very different from the way a female dances..
Had a good time "learning" dance moves from them..
wahaha.. eh.. not easy ah...
But overall is interesting and fun ya..
Cause you can truly dance and enjoy, without any "extra or unwanted attention"..
Cause female is like "invisible" there ya..
ANd yesh, dunch expect any "Sorry" when they knocked into you k..
But overall, they quite gentle lah..
And their "touch" are not the "evil intention" kind..
Basically, a female will feel quite sad there lah..
Cause, I repeat - YOU ARE INVISIBLE..

They have this bowl of Apples there, that I think you can take and eat..
I guess it is lah, cause I took and bite it.. Nice and Crunchy..
No one stopped me or ask me to pay..

Half A Century
My Mum had officially lived for half a century...
Long huh?
Had to admit, this daughter of hers didnt know about her age until my small auntie called to say she wanted to give my mum a suprise party...
Useless huh..
But made up my mind to get her sth good enough for her..
Especially when I'm already working...
Decided to get jewellery for her, something she can keep and remember this special year..
Went Tianpo, but nothing looks good..
In the end, went back to good old Lee Hwa...
And bought a pearl ring for my mummy...
Got meaning de..
Pearl because I am her "ζδΈζη " loosely translate to "the only pearl sitting on the palms"
How precious right... hahaha...
And the design is such that there 2 sides "holding" the pearl, so abit like my mum and dad ya..
But of course it was the design that caught my eye first lah..
SO pleased with the present!
Got roses for her too, but "on the behalf of daddy"..
So funny when he gave her the flowers.. Maybe thats the first time she received flowers from my daddy.. hahaha..
Got to cook for her too...
Spent my entire day standing and preparing the cook..
No joke ah, left for Interchange to do marketing at 10.30am..
Had to carry all the groceries back, then once home had to cut and wash and cook..
By then already 4 lor..
My back hurts sia..
But, worth it lah...
It feels good to do sth for some one whom you love..
But my mum is someone who doesnt show..
So, got read between her lines lor..
hahaha..

Can you?
Have you ever felt guilty for not being able to help someone?
Well, not trying to be Miss Helpful here..
But, I just cant stand myself when I cant offer help to others when they needed..
Even if I cant offer direct help, I will still find ways and means to do so..
And because of this, it is also quite hard to reject pple when they need help..
And because of this, I took it about myself when help is not offered..
Can you imagine, having sleepless night because of sth that you are supposed to help pple in..
Can you imagine, have nightmares because of the stress from the help you were supposed to give..
Can you imagine, there is someone so stupid to let "the offerings of help" gets into her and affect her normal lifestyle..
Can you imagine..
For the past few days, I've been so stressed out with the "help" I was supposed to offer..
Cause I dunch know how to "help" and I dunch know where to squeeze out time to "help"
Not that I didnt want to "help", but how to when I'm already having schedule packed so tight, that no air can even escape from my asshole..
Can you imagine..
After declining to "help", I still have to cope with the "After-Stress"..
Worried about whether by declining, the person is able to cope..
Worried about whether by declining, the person is going to be pissed..
Guess, it all about trust bah..
Guess, its being too sensitive..
Guess, I'm being super silly..
Guess, I'm thinking too much..
Guess, I'm worrying too much..
Cant imagine I am letting this affects me..

Alright.. I know its stupid to fall sick in this weather..
Down with flu..
Then here comes fever and here comes cough.. 3 in 1
Long queue last night at the clinic,
Decided to head straight home and just take Daddy's flu tablets..
It was supposed to make a person feel drowsy,
but know what, I took it at 9.30pm, and I was still awake at 11.30pm..
ahem....
Sucks great time..
Was supposed to leave for KL last evening..
But in the end, got to stay put in Singapore because got flu..
How nice huh...
Irritating...
But, dont think get to rest at home k..
Still got to work..
Got to go out for meeting somemore...
Worse still, to ensure germs dunch "attack" my collegues.
Got to wear a stupid mask sia...
Damm uncomfortable lor..
Anyway, I'm alright ya..

My First International Show!
Last friday, a day to remember, 7th April 2006..
My International Show..
My boss had a Malaysian friend, who is a Fashion Stylist, apparently, he is quite famous in KL ya.. Styling for most of their local Mag.. (but of course, I dont know him much lah)
Well, he got invited to attend the Gucci SS 2006 show in Singapore, and she went to ask him to bring me along...
And he was kind enough to agree and bring me along!
Excited sia, especially after watching so many "local production"..
The show was held at Fullerton Hotel.
Pre-show cocktail starts from 8.00pm..
Show scheduled at 9.30pm (Yesh, late right)
But guests only started to "sashay" in like 9plus...
I didnt know Expensive watch dont give correct timing ya..
Guess what, show only started at 10.15pm...
The crowds today are very different from the SFW..
These are like the Rich and Famous..
You dunch see many local stylist - not even the "top-notch"
Instead, you see many bosses of this and that..
People who appear in Prestige, Talter and Icon..
Lots of LOCAL celebrities.. (Ann Kok, Chan Hanwei, Terence Cao, Michelle Chai & her bf, Allan Wu without Wong LiLin, Ben Yong?,
Most of them decked in Gucci SS apparels.. (hmm.. wondering if they BOUGHT IT, LOAN IT or Gucci gave it to them)
But the "runway" was awesome.
Its different from the normal runway I saw in SFW..
Its a floor show, shaped in a long rectangle..
Black Leather sofas were lined at the sides and in the middle of the rectangle.. and the floor was layed with plywood.. (Heard its All imported from Italy)
And the lights.. Omg.. Straight at both ends of wall, like traffic lights (but its not amber, green, red ya)
Nvm.. because I spent days writing this blog.. No mood to continue liao..

We are Superstars!
Okie, Animal Kingdom gonna have uproar...
Yesh, 3 of us went ahead with a KTV session without waiting.. (Myself, Miss Penguin and Foxy Mama)
The usual 3 who are working... Impromptu ya...
Cause really cannot dunch go lah...
Well, well, usual songs...
But because theres only 3 of us..
And we are so used to hearing each of us sing..
Elephant suggested a stupid game..
"Lets have a competition lah.. Each pick a song and go up and sing.."
Know what, the other 2 was damm serious lor..
I thought its just fo fun ya...
Apparently, both of them made an effort to memorize the lyrics, not that I dunch have the effort, just cant stop myself from looking at the screen ya.. Its like, where else to look?
Then still have to bear in mind presentation lah.. pitch lah.. Omg.. Regretted sia..
But in the end, also no scoring lor...
But, know lah, 1st: Miss Penguin, 2nd: Foxy Mama (Because she did try to remember the lyrics)
3rd: Elephant lor...
Next...
You all know lah, our Miss Penguin got that damm "cool" song " ..
With the "Woo, Woo, Woo~" de...
Well, well, Miss Elephant backside itchy lor...
Went to suggest that we repeat the SAME song and each take turns to sing..
I tell you.. Will die ah...
I dunch even dare to hit the high pitch for the last "Woo"
But at least managed to finish that song...
Its challenging sia...
But guess both myself and Foxy Mama had "a great time" singing that song... hahaha
Not too bad lah... Can ask Miss Penguin...
But the lyrics of the song is very meaningful.. At least to me lah...

Singapore Fashion Week
Singapore Fashion Week, April 24th to April 2nd...
Juli's Fashion Week start from the 25th April (The every next day she got back from HK) and ends on the April 1st. Heres her schedule:
25th April
12.00pm: G-Star Show @ The Tent
Doorgift: Style Mag and A bottle of Coke Light
ahem.. Juli's VERY FIRST PERSONAL INVITE.. VIP entry somemore... hahaha... have to go ah... know the MarCom pple, she kind of helped me in certain ways lah, indirectly intro some Fashion Journalist, and G-Star is like, many "Fashionista" will be there.. Good place to lay contacts.. And also the only event I can sort of "be myself".. Guests are mostly our age.. and less formal.. easier to mingle around... And of course, Juli's PR not bad one.. bought a pair of their New Arrival 3/4 (its damm nice and comfortable) one day before I left for HK.. Juli very thick-skin, sms that MarCom to ASK FOR DISCOUNT (see, learnt the way to survive in this FASHION Industry- not bad lor, got 20% leh)
3.00pm: B.O.B Best of British (Trunk Show)
Actually its by one of our supplier lah, having a "buying exhibition" in one of the suite in Raffles The Plaza... Cool Stuffs! So damm tempted to buy.. And some of the stuffs are there for sale ya.. Angie Neo, you will go crazy there.. Imagine, British Labels.. Arghhhh.. But price tags are on the higher side ya.. So, practice some restraint here...
6.00pm: Supposed to attend a show in Raffles City featuring British Labels.. but turned down the invites.. Cause having STEAMBOAT DINNER with my Animal Kingdom.. Nothing is more impt then having dinner with them, especially when great efforts was put into it..
26th April
8.00pm: Ashley Isham @ The Tent
Doorgift: Harpers Bazaar and A bottle of Coke Light
A Singaporean Designer based in London.. His dresses are fab... Guess you'll feel like some glamour puss and superstar if you gets to wear his dress... His cuts are good, showing the silhoutes of a lady.. Fits well.. Brings out the feminine side of a Lady.. Looking at his collection, I was thinking in my heart, if I've got the money, I'm going to wear his evening dress for my wedding! hahaha...
The production of the show is not too bad, the music, the ambience, the mood, the cheographer.. Enjoyable!
27th April
8.00pm: All dressed Up @ The Tent
Doorgift: Nothing
Sven Tan - Our first local designer to gone this far.. Erm, he actually taught my class for one module, learnt quite alot that term. Infact, why I am now working for Tyan is also indirectly because of him ya..
Alot of hoo-haa over his show, but seriously, sad to say.. Nothing fanatasic. In-hse Fashion Show brought onto the big runway, just image, beautiful models in beautiful clothes, but slow paced, french music, one by one.. how interesting can it be huh.. Enuff said.. disappointed lah..
28th April
8.00pm: Mercedes Benz - Asia Fashion Award @ Zouk
Doorgift: A Tote bag, Redken Shampoo + Conditioner (Travel Size) + Comb
Winner not as expected.. Not too bad.. Cant reveal too much..
29th April

Great Show! The Best for all I've been to.. The production is good, great music, great choegrapher.. Interesting! Tangs window is actually displaying Yang Derong's collection..
30th April - Supposed to attend some exhibition @ Red Dot Museum, lazy......
31st April
8.00pm: JPG, Kenzo, Givency - ICON Mag @ Paragaon
Doorgifts: Perfume from either one of the brands (Got Kenzo: Voodoolove, cute ya)
Bad... The collection were kind of "off" only the JPG was better... Music was bad... Stage was cool though.. and nice mocktails.. but, it was a boring show...
1st April
8.00pm: Diane Von Furstang @ The tent

The PR management was bad... "Playing themselves out".. And what happened? You will have angry guests like me who refuse to watch the show..
There are 2 entrance, one for the VIP and one for the regular guests.. Pple from IMG actually stopped my guests at the door, claiming that I didnt RSVP with them.. Ridculous! I did that for like days ago ya.. But because I had invites, the guests cld join the queue and "queue" to get it there..
Its not like we were pampered or sth, or that the cocktails were like fantantsic. Its about the embarassement lor... Dunnoe how to explain..
Was about to leave when another PR Co. called to usher ALL of us in.. Show was alright lah... Nice dresses! Love the RED Patent LIPS Purse! Gonna check out the price!
SFW, a week where all in the fashion industry gets busy.. And my friend just coined a new term to describe these pple - "Plastic" is what we call them... hahaha.. And I realised how "useful" it is to be FAMOUS and KNOWN ya.. For the Lancome Show, cause I dunch have enough invites to bring pple in.. I dragged my boss along.. haha.. Cause she dunch need to show invites you see, pple recognize her, personally ushered in somemore.. hahaha...) But sorry ya.. Ju is just mute at 8.00pm... SMile is the only thing I know.. And I hate those "kisses".. Arghhhh.. I stop pple from doing that, stretch out your arm and "ask" for a handshake instead, yesh, much preferred...
I'm still no where there to be remembered ya.. The most.. Oh, that girl working for Mrs Tan, working in Tyan... Not a bad start though.. By the way, its only my second year, offically in this Industry..
Cant be believed, I used to long for this kind of lifestyle.. I used to looking forward to attending shows.. Guess once you have it, you get sick if it.. Especially when you seen the "real" side of it.. Disgusting..
But I am happy this year.. Seen my classmates and schoolmates around in shows.. Difficult to describe, but its a nice feeling to know that "friends" are coming in... Everyone is doing sth, everyone is at least somewhere.. I am waiting for more.. patiently..
I will also slowly climb my way up... To one day, get recognized without being asked..
That One day.....
Yesh Yesh, fashion week has officially ended.. But more shows on the way... Everyone is having their full S/S collection this time..
4th April
8.00pm: Woods and Woods @ Red Dot Museum
Doorgifts: Press Book, put together nicely. Actually pictures from the "Intro Video" before the show starts..
Fast, fast pace.. Cool Music, have very good system ya.. The whole presentation is more edgy.. different from the norm show..
Models are mostly "hunted", makeup is very pale and nude.. Hair is mild out of bed look...
Cool! Stands out from the shows seen last week... But the label itself is different ya.. Its more "avant gand" as compared to the local brands we seen... Guess what.. David Gan went to the show.. hmmm... i didnt see him appearing last week ya.. hahaha...

Cursed "J" - The 4th!
Either "Obestity had really gotten into me" or "Age had really gotten into me" It seems that I just cant prevent myself from getting hurt everytime I tried to do some sports ya..
Or maybe is that I am cursed with this grp of friends.. Everytime I am involved in some kind of sports activity with them.. I am sure to get myself injured and get hurt...
Got evidence K...
1) Sunset Bay left my whole body in pain and a cut (which is puposed to be just a superficial cut ya, but I found a "hole" in my flesh when I get back)
2) Rollerbladding @ ECP
I got 2 BIG blisters from the blades I wore...
3) Just yesterday, we went ECP to blade ya.. Not only I got 2 "New and Fresh" Blisters "growing from the existing spot. I had fell and "sprained my knee... Apparently I had thought it was no big deal ya.. Cause pain was bearable and I cld still run in the rain... hahaha.. Guess I old liao... The pain in the night was unbearable.. (yes, I slept in Air-con rm)
Nevermind.. thought will be fine in the morning.. haha.. elephant too heavy liao, cannot walk... Went to see chinese sinsei.. wao lau.. think he made the pain more painful ya... but, Nope.. I didnt tear lah... But I got to eat these weird pills.. and its 6 PILLS each time lor.. Sick man..
Yesh..6^ of these digusting looking pills...
Now, my knee really looked like elephant liao.. All bandaged up.. And my heartless mum still ask me to go work.. Got to climb those steps and hill you know... Heartless creature...
See lah.. My Elephant Leg...
Pain ah... Knee pain, heart pain... Why is my mum so heartless... Sobz.... Dunch understand her at all.. If theres a day you find me becoming heartless, dunch blame me k.. cause I got it from my mum ya...
